Very professional and friendly and the same time. Customer's care at its best. The fabrics portfolio is big as well as the number of details to customise. The quality of the fabrics available is very high and not finding something you like it is almost impossible. The value for money is so good that I bought a full set (three pieces suit, shirt, shoes and coat) and the result exceeded my expectations. They got a loyal customer for sure.

From the first consultation to the final fitting, the level of service I received was first class, Tremaine went out of his way help me get an appointment with Julian outside of the normal shop hours, understanding I was from outside of London and under time pressure for my wedding so had limited time to get measured. Advice on cloths for the shirt and trousers was clear and helpful, and the finished product with attention to details was excellent, brilliant system for booking fittings and clear and simple pricing structure made the whole process easy and great value. Highly recommended!!

I picked up a double breasted suit in Lora Pianna fabric, it’s amazing!! The fit is perfect. I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely going to go back and get some winter suits.
